Jamaat-e-Islami’s boycott of presidential election

Jamaat-e-Islami leader Siraj-ul-Haq expressed that Jamaat-e-Islami has decided not to participate in the presidential election. They call this process undemocratic and illegal.

Siraj-ul-Haq said that the basis of the presidential election is fake assemblies, and those who call themselves the opposition also call the assembly fake. They say that the new government will not last more than ten months, and that they are not participating in Islamic selection. He further said that the prime minister and his cabinet are also based on the fake election, and similarly the presidential election is also based on this fake assembly. He says that the assembly which calls itself opposition, also calls the same assembly fake.  Siraj-ul-Haq finally said that he does not understand that the government that is being formed is more than nine-ten months ago, but he is not being a part of it.
